A cross between the Bermuda and the 1015Y Texas Super Sweet. This is a yellow, semi-flat onion with the best sweetness of any onion. This is the famous variety grown in the Vidalia, Georgia area on low sulphur soils. Earlier maturing than most other onions but also not good for storage so plan on eating these within a few weeks of harvest.
